How I Coach
In our work together, we slow down and look at what is happening beneath your reactions and relationship patterns.
We explore the beliefs and survival strategies that quietly shape how you show up when connection feels uncertain or conflict arises.
Attachment styles, communication tools, and nervous system skills can be helpful entry points. In coaching, we use them as starting places, not end goals.
The focus of our work is learning how to stay present when old survival wiring activates and practicing new ways of responding so connection can deepen instead of break down.
This is a collaborative process. We move at a pace that feels supportive and honest, creating space for insight, practice, and integration in real life.
My role is not to tell you what your reality should be.
It is to sit with you in it, explore it together, and help you see it from angles that may not have been visible before.
Sometimes that means asking a different question.
Sometimes it means pausing long enough for something new to become clear.
We don’t need to rush toward certainty.
Often the most meaningful shifts begin with simply seeing what is already there.

The Relational Coherence Framework
1. The Trigger Is Not the Problem
A trigger is an old wound lighting up.
The amygdala fires.
The body mobilizes.
Anger.
Withdrawal.
Defensiveness.
Two adults.
Two nervous systems.
Two inner children trying to protect themselves.
Neither wants to fight.
Both want connection.
The trigger is not proof something is wrong.
It is information about what still feels unsafe.
2. Conflict as Practice
Conflict is not a failure. It is an experience that asks you to stay true to yourself without abandoning the relationship.
Most people either abandon themselves to keep the connection or protect themselves and lose the connection.
Relational coherence happens when neither person has to disappear.
When you stay present and grounded during activation, something shifts. Growth happens. Intimacy deepens. A shared reality becomes possible.
Connection stops feeling fragile and begins to feel steady.
This is why conflict becomes a catalyst for deeper intimacy rather than disconnection.
3. Coherence vs Escalation
When two systems are incoherent, they react automatically. They escalate. They amplify distortion. They protect instead of connect.
When two systems stay present, they regulate. They synchronize. They align. They generate stability and depth.
This is coherence.
Not perfection.
Not bypassing.
Embodied presence under pressure.
What Changes When You Learn This

Instead of repeating the same fight, you learn to stay open in the moment that used to break connection.
